Home Ownership is an intricate part of the American Dream, but the homelessness that we face as a result of the financial crisis in this country, has made the dream of owning a home, a nightmare. As a result of being a community based organization, we offer a wide verity of programs and assistance in the housing related field. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.

We Believe that every tragedy of someone losing a home, or an abandon, distressed property becomes an opportunity to address homelessness and eventually turn that Tragedy into a Triumph; by turning that public nuisance into a bright spot in the community and most of all a path to home ownership.

We believe, that in order to make the American Dream possible; each renovated home will aid in rejuvenating challenged neighborhoods. And, by bringing a new family to the block, it will help increase existing property values as well as generating stabilization and support to the neighborhood.

We believe, that with our collaborative efforts with other nonprofits, community organizations and government agencies, a remodel abandoned, distressed property can help in meeting the need for affordable homes and restore a since of pride to the community.
